Ingredients
- ½ Pound butter
- 2 Crushed garlic heads
- 4 Cups water
- 2 Pounds rice
- 1 Pound peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut pig into pieces, Fry until golden brown, add peas, garlic, salt and pepper and keep frying for a while. Add 4 cups water and keep cooking until soft. Apart, fry rice with butter until golden and add mixture. Keep cooking until rice is dried.
